Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Please provide your Order ID or Tracking ID when requesting cancellation.
If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
The cancellation will be confirmed via email.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
You may refuse the delivery or return the product after receiving it as per our Return Policy.
For cancelled orders, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Since we offer Cash on Delivery, no refund is applicable for COD orders that are cancelled before dispatch as no payment has been made.
If you wish to cancel specific items from a multi-item order, please contact us before dispatch.
We will try our best to accommodate partial cancellations.
