  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer

Refund Process

  • Contact us at info@finbyn.com with your Order ID and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  • If approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

  • COD Orders: Since payment is collected on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after product inspection
  • You will need to provide your bank account details for the refund transfer

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must meet the same condition requirements as returns

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos of the damaged product for quick resolution
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
