• Orders above ₹999: Free shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be applied.
• Currently, we ship only within India.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once processed, the order will be handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.
• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or logistics delays.

Order Tracking

• A unique tracking ID will be generated for every order once it is shipped.
• Customers can track their order status through the Track Order page on our website.
• Updates will also be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. All packages are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Undelivered Orders

• If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order, they may attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If delivery still fails, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
• Our support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund depending on the situation.
